In 2022, I started becoming microdosing guide and adding that to my shadow work coaching certification, to help people go much deeper with their experience

I did it because honestly I saw so many people throwing away money, time and also regressing back into trauma loops without guidance or getting “interesting” advice from the sources they were finding psilocybin from. I even saw people getting addicted to plant medicine while microdosing and NOT seeing lasting changes/results in their life.

With my 20+ year background in health/fitness and nutrition, I also knew daily habits and how you work with the medicine (nutrition protocols, sleep hygiene, when you partake in the medicine, set and setting, etc) were going to be a MAJOR factor

Fast forward to today and having guided hundreds of people through microdosing, macrodosing and deep shadow work (with or without medicine), I wasn’t planning on creating a certification.

Until now.

Several people have approached me that are already coaches, healers or “witchy” guides (aka medicine women in the making) and asked if I had a certification process for them to add microdosing facilitation/coaching to their repertoire of their already existing businesses

Some are life coaches, some are fitness trainers, some are hypnotherapists or grief counselors.

Some are simply rediscovering their “magic” and re-cognizing that they were witches or medicine women in a past life and they want another ancient tool to add to their witchy tool belt.

In late January 2025, I will be launching Level 1 Lotus Throne Microdosing certification program for coaches, healers and witches/medicine women.

This will be an 8 week program with weekend deep dive healing retreat built in for those that want to work with psilocybin or ayahuasca with your clients (no other medicines will be allowed or certified on)

It will include AT MINIMUM the following:

• Weekly 1-1 calls
• Microdosing yourself with aya or psilocybin (can be optional if you are 100% deeply connected to the medicine already)
• Weekly group coach calls
• Must attend all calls to be certified
• Weekend retreat included(48-72 hours) in late February 2025
• Finding/creating your structure of your program
• Nutrition protocols
• Best dosing protocols that are safe, effective and won’t build tolerances
• Integration work for the off days
• Finding/self discovering your target market
• Sourcing quality medicine
• Working with the medicine in a psycho-spiritual way, NOT a medical model
• Sacred practice with the medicine (including but not limited to calling upon ancestors, spirit guides, animal medicine, 4 directions, etc)
• How to coach virtually with healthy boundaries, intake forms, etc., to ensure your clients get their best results
• and more!

This first level will be discounted as this is my FIRST time offering this 🙂 The second round will be later in 2025 and price will increase.

Space is limited to 6 people maximum, 3 people minimum to have the program

Start date will be late January 2025

As with any deeply spiritual medicine work or shamanic training, their are minimum standards and expectations.

Minimum standards (exceptions can be made on a case by case basis)

• Certified in your craft and working full time 2 years or more
• Relationship with microdosing already established 6 months or more experience with your own personal story/testimonial
• A magical gift of some sort that sets you apart and shines your light or uniqueness that you implement and share
• Have sat with macro medicine 2-3x or more and have done “the work” on your shadows and traumas
• **ONE EXCEPTION – If you don’t meet all the above minimums, this can be a mentorship for six months, starting before the certification to ensure you have a deep qualified relationship with the medicine….these sacred plants deserve that, as well as for your own safety and your client’s best safety/results. And I am also setting up an initiation for those that want to become a facilitator but don’t want to have to do all the “business stuff”. You can become a referral coach with me and my systems.
• There is an optional 8 week business building program to be added on after this initiation 8 week program, so if you can sharpen your lead gen/sales skills, I got you! This will be separate pricing from the certification, but something that is NOT offered anywhere else (that I’ve seen) in the microdosing certification world.
