Recently I have started helping clients quit smoking with the help of microdosing psilocybin or ayahuasca

I just got off a successful call with a male client yesterday who combined microdosing with hape (a shamanic snuff used as a sacred tool for meditation) AND microdosing with ayahuasca.

In only 30 days, and due to his own serious commitment, sacred intentions AND putting in the work (taking time off from social media, having more down time, etc), I am happy to say he quit smoking.

He didn’t do it cold turkey, which might have worked but hadn’t before

We also agreed that quitting in 30 days may not be realistic

He was open to anything, expecting nothing, taking it one day at a time

With the daily meditations we agreed upon, the daily working with both medicines (ayahuasca and hape) he slowly had realizations about his life, his intentions and his state of Being vs Doing.

He had many awakenings along the way and made some pretty big shifts

We checked in weekly via email and his updates were astounding

He attracted a new/healthy/vibrant relationship in his life

He found more unconditional love for his inner child

Through that….he slowly switched from cigarettes to vaping

THEN, in the end, he stopped vaping (because he didn’t want to transfer a habit to another one just for the sake of replacing it)

You might then wonder, is he still microdosing or working with hape?

So far, nope!

He found FREEDOM

For when we look outside ourselves at a medicine or a tool (ie food, hape, alcohol, social media) to soothe us DAILY, we have to ask ourselves, are we living a truly FREE and authentic life?

Microdosing, or working with hape, doesn’t have to become a long term habit – in fact, if it is for you, you may want to consider if it is becoming addictive or really working.

I have seen adverse long term effects when someone relies on plant medicine, microdosing or hape without doing the shadow work or meditation, energy balancing, central nervous system work, etc.

Much like supplements or pharmaceuticals, we have believed a lie that these tools are a forever thing or that they must be consumed daily

Those are some of the biggest dependencies and addictions out there (pharmaceuticals and supplements)

Our ancestors didn’t do that and even now, I don’t work with hape daily myself or even microdose at all.

***This example template below is my basic recommendation based on 20 years of coaching around habits, addictive behaviors, central nervous system work, plant medicine and shadow work.

1. Kickoff 30 days to get a baseline of UNDOING the habit – going into some shadow work/inner child reflection work (including but not limited to ancestral trauma regression, etc).  Starting to get to the root cause and finding patterns with the habit.
Also start a decluttering process of the mind (cut back on social media, smart phone use and other time wasters that raise the dopamine and cortisol too much in a daily time frame and negatively impacts sleep)
2. Adding in microdosing and nutritional changes – daily habit check up from the neck up and accountability.  This will include developing a meditation practice (spiritual practice also if that makes sense for you) that I will teach you and/or co-create with you. 
3.  Health & Vitality check in – deepen what you learned in months 1 and 2 with an aligned action plan with your habit now at the critical turning point of cementing in newer/healthier habits.  
Ensure sleep hygiene and health/fitness habits are in alignment with your Higher Self and personal balance needs in life.
More shadow work, more microdosing and deepening your meditation practice.   Also working on self love practices like forgiveness, self compassion, etc.
4.  Breathwork to help somatically release whatever may be wound up in your central nervous system and take aligned action based upon what is revealed in months 1-3 and this month.   Microdosing may be optional by this point.
5.  Kundalini yoga and chakra/life force clearing – this aligns mind with body and spirit.  We will work with chakras and energy and balance your kundalini (masculine and feminine) within and raise your shakti naturally, reprogramming your unconscious mind with ease/grace
6.    FINISH STRONG – we will take everything we’ve learned and knock it out of the park and create lasting transformation.  This will be an accumulation of all of the above or officially finalizing what serves you at the deepest level and will stay with you beyond the six months.

My only ask is that you go ALL IN

This is not a trial gym membership where you sign up and don’t go to the gym

This is an initiation into your BEST version of YOU without an abstinence model (just say NO isn’t what I recommend)
