In this day and age of Facebook depression, increase in teen suicide and so much shiny object syndrome…. it’s time to get honest and look at the root cause.
Why do so many of us spend so much TIME and give so much head space to this virtual world?
Leaving us feeling MORE disconnected than ever
And I personally think social media and smart phone dependency causes just as much, if not more, damage than food/alcohol and some of the other typical behaviors that can often be shameful or demonized by society/family history etc.
I actually fell prey to this myself and it nearly destroyed me.
I found that this dependency actually helped enable me to turn to alcohol and work MORE – getting me way out of balance.
Today I will share how one of my clients shifted this addiction in 30 days and even got a pay raise!
Simply by changing her relationship with social media/phone apps.
She became more spacious and PRESENT
AND more focused as a result of freeing up the head/heart space that was numbed by those mechanisms that really weren’t her truth or highest and best use of time
AND how it has shifted my own spiritual awakening to no longer be codependent on social media and smart phones – giving me internal peace, improved health and improved relationships
