Grief can cause us to age and impact our health in such damaging ways
I lived that in 2020 and gained 30lbs and threw myself into ignoring and stuffing it down in so many ways

Because of her beauty and health routine, Grace always looked 10 years younger than her age.
At 65, that is quite an achievement!
But in August 2021, my husband, Doug, and my daughter, Joanne, and she got Covid19. They both had to go to the hospital for respiratory issues.
Little did she know that they would not be returning home.
Doug passed away on September 8 and Joanne on September 12.
It was worse than a punch in the gut. Her heart was shredded and she would have traded her life for my daughter so her 5-year-old son, Ethan, could have his mom. Doug and Joanne were Grace’s key support system in life and in business. It felt like her limbs were cut off, one limb at a time!
The pain was excruciating.
She lost 20+lbs and looked horrible. Sagging jowls, wrinkled skin…having aged about 10 years!
She chose to get back to basics. Back to her secret to reducing fine lines and wrinkles and other aging signs – aromatherapy and skin care (and not what you might think!)
